Europeana - eCloud

ECloud is an interactive spatial browser for the re-discovery of personal cultural data based on the crowdsourced World War 1 archives of Europeana.

The Europeana eCloud is a multiple-projector spatially-interactive browser that displayed different sets of archival data allowing users to re-discover personal cultural histories. The application derived its data from crowdsourced World War I online databases through the use of a common web-based API, which provided the ability to gain access to the most recent data as the public databases were updated.
